Skillmanthan Private Limited is a training and skill development organization providing Summer Training, Winter Training, Vocational Training, Industrial Training and Internship Programs in various technologies including PHP, Laravel, MERN Stack, Java, Python, Web Development, Digital Marketing, and other IT skills.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, registering for any course, training or internship, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
• You are at least 16 years old or have parental permission
• You provide correct and genuine information at registration
• You will follow all rules and policies of Skillmanthan

3. Registration & Student Information

During registration, you must provide accurate details including your name, contact number, email, course preference, and educational details. Providing false or misleading information may lead to cancellation of registration without refund.

4. Training & Internship Nature

Skillmanthan provides educational and skill-development training only. We do not guarantee:

• Job placement
• Salary packages
• Employment after course completion

However, we support students with guidance, projects, resume-building, interview preparation and career counseling wherever possible.

5. Fees, Payments & Taxes

Course fees must be paid as per the plan selected. Once payment is made, it is recorded in our system. All fees are exclusive/inclusive of taxes depending on government regulations. Any bank/UPI charges are borne by the student.

Separate Refund / Cancellation policy is applicable and available on our website.

6. Study Material & Intellectual Property

All notes, videos, assignments, source code and study material provided by Skillmanthan are for personal learning only. Students are strictly prohibited from:

• Reselling or distributing material
• Uploading content publicly without permission
• Claiming ownership of Skillmanthan content

7. Attendance & Certification

Certificates are issued only if:

• Minimum attendance criteria is met
• Assignments / projects are submitted
• Training completion criteria is satisfied

Skillmanthan reserves the right to deny certification in case of misconduct, cheating, plagiarism or non-participation.

8. Code of Conduct

Students must maintain respectful behavior towards trainers, staff and fellow students. Any harassment, abusive language, misbehavior, or damage to property will lead to termination without refund.

9. Website Use & Security

You agree not to misuse our website or training systems including:

• Hacking or security breaches
• Spamming or fake registrations
• Uploading harmful software

10. Limitation of Liability

Skillmanthan Private Limited shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from:

• Technical issues
• Server downtime
• Incorrect information provided by students
• External job placements or third-party websites
