Payment Policy

This Payment Policy explains the rules related to fee payments for training and internship programs offered by Skillmanthan Private Limited.

1. Modes of Payment

Students can pay their fees using any of the following methods:

  • UPI / QR
  • Debit Card / Credit Card
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets (where supported)
  • Online payment through approved payment gateway

2. Secure Transactions

All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Skillmanthan does not store any card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or banking passwords.

3. Fee Structure & Invoices

Course fees are displayed clearly on our website or communicated through official channels. Once payment is completed:

  • A digital receipt is generated
  • Enrollment confirmation is sent
  • Record is saved in our system

4. Installment / Partial Payments

In some programs, installment options may be provided. Students must clear all dues before receiving certificates or completion benefits.

5. Late Fee & Non-Payment

Failure to pay fees within the notified time may result in:

  • Suspension from classes
  • Restriction from assessments/projects
  • No certificate issuance

6. Incorrect / Failed Transactions

If payment fails but amount is deducted:

  • Do not repay immediately
  • Share transaction details with our support team
  • Amount is automatically reversed by bank/payment gateway within standard timelines

In rare cases, verification and settlement may take 5–10 working days.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed strictly by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Students are advised to review it carefully before payment.

8. GST & Charges

Applicable GST, payment gateway charges and banking fees (if any) may be added to the program fee and are non-refundable.

9. Fraudulent / Unauthorized Payments

In case of any fraudulent transaction or unauthorized use of account, it is the responsibility of the student/customer to notify their bank immediately.

Skillmanthan will cooperate during verification but will not be liable for losses caused due to sharing OTPs, passwords or banking details with third parties.
