Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the rules regarding payments, cancellations and refunds for training and internship programs offered by Skillmanthan Private Limited.

1. Fee Payment Confirmation

Once a student registers and pays the training or internship fee, the payment is recorded and a confirmation receipt is generated. Students must provide correct details during payment.

2. No Refund After Enrollment

As training seats are reserved and resources are planned in advance, fees paid are generally non-refundable.

This applies to:

  • Classroom training
  • Online training
  • Internship programs
  • Workshops and bootcamps

3. Conditions Where Refund Is NOT Applicable

  • Student changes mind after joining
  • Lack of interest or personal issues
  • College/Exams/Personal schedule conflicts
  • Absence from classes
  • Not completing assignments or projects
  • Misbehavior, violation of rules, or misconduct

4. Batch Change / Program Change

In genuine cases, batch change may be allowed subject to availability. Any decision regarding batch transfer will be at the discretion of Skillmanthan management.

5. Double Payment / Transaction Failure

If the amount is deducted twice or payment fails but amount is debited from bank:

  • Student must email payment proof (screenshot/transaction ID)
  • Verification will be done with the payment gateway
  • Amount will be refunded or adjusted in fees after confirmation

6. Refund Processing Timeline

In eligible cases, refunds (if approved) may take 7–10 working days depending on the bank/payment gateway.

7. Cancellation by Skillmanthan

In rare cases, if a batch or program is cancelled by Skillmanthan, students may be offered:

  • Full refund, OR
  • Option to shift to another batch/program

8. GST / Transaction Charges

Any GST, bank charges or payment gateway fees deducted during the transaction are non-refundable and borne by the student.

9. How to Request Support

For payment related queries, students must share:

  • Full name
  • Registered mobile number
  • Course/Program name
  • Transaction ID / Screenshot
